WHAT IS OPTICAL CRYSTAL?

Optical crystal is a kind of material 100% lead free, which makes it extremely hard and transparent. With this feature, we can cut them into brilliant bevels and high polished surfaces. Optical crystal, with its no-bubbles, flawlessness, and no-inclusions, can be perfectly used in our crystal awards, trophies, crystal gifts and corporate awards, which shows ultimate recognition of excellence and appreciation.


CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM AWARD FOR ME?

Custom awards are our specialty. We can create almost any design to fit your needs. You can get your project started through our software located on the product details page of each award and gift, or send E-mail to customerservice@topmostawards.com, which includes your ideas, quantity, budget, and timeline. We will take care of the rest.


WHAT IMPRINT TYPES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer five different imprint options, deep etch, color fill, 3D subsurface engraving, laser engraving and sublimation. The imprint process is determined based on the artwork and item you have selected.


CAN I COMBINE IMPRINT PROCESSES?

Absolutely! Some of our most unique gifts and awards have been produced using more than one imprint option.


WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING WILL MY AWARDS AND GIFTS BE IN?

All awards and gifts come in a master carton. Inside that box is an individual box holding your awards and gifts. Most awards and gifts come in a black gift box. A picture of the gift box can be found on the product details page of each award and gift.


WHEN WILL I SEE A PROOF?

After the payment, please send the vector artwork of your logo to art@topmostawards.com. Also we will accept GIF, JPG, and PDF files which will incur an extra charge $25 for converting these to vector, and please allow 24 hours for the proof to arrive.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Please allow 48-72 hours from art approval to shipping.


WHAT SHIP METHODS CAN I USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

FEDEX, UPS, or DHL will be used, depending on weight and destination.


CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes. The first destination is included and an extra charge of $10 for each destination will incur after it.


WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and T/T.


DO YOU HAVE PRICING CHANGES?

We always make an effort to keep our website pricing up-to-date. We will always honor the pricing we have listed on our website.


DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDERS?

No. You can order one of any of our pieces.


CAN I ORDER BULK TO USE AT A LATER DATE?

Yes, we call this a Release Program. The benefit is that you get our quantity 10% discount when you place the same style order next time and your awards are ready to etch any time you need them.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Cancellations can be made before artwork approval. Contact our online customer service representative or send E-mail to sale@topmostawards.com to discuss the situation. We will do what we can to accommodate you.


DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?

We work with a number of non-profit organizations. We offer an additional 10% discount off our already low prices on all our stock items. All you need to do is to submit documentation verifying your non-profit status.


DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

For rush orders we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We do not charge any fees for rush orders other than the expedited shipping cost required to get your crystal into our etching facility.


WILL YOU SELL BLANK ITEMS?

Yes. Blanks are available for awards retailers at a discount.


WHAT IF MY AWARDS ARRIVES BROKEN?

We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your pieces however accidents may occur. We must be able to file a claim with the carrier so it is imperative that any damages are reported within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive damaged awards we will take care of all costs required to replace your awards free of charge before your event. Failure to report damages within 48 hours may nullify our claim with the carrier and charges to you may apply.


WHAT IF MY AWARD ARRIVES ETCHED INCORRECTLY?

We take great care to ensure accuracy on all of our awards. Internal policies are in place to ensure we etch only and exactly what you approve though mistakes may happen. If you receive awards etched differently from your approved artwork we will take care of all costs required to replace your awards free of charge before your event.
